Through our free and donation-based mindfulness services, we have positively helped over 2,500 people since 2020 overcome personal and professional challenges including: managing work and home life throughout the ongoing pandemic, family grief, job changes, meeting deadlines, project management, landing dream jobs and dream salaries, publishing and copyediting, as well as with building their personal meditation practice through the dharma, through non-secular means, as well as through spiritual paths.
